The Office of the Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Pune has released the Pune Income Tax MTS Recruitment 2026 notification for 85 vacancies. The recruitment is being conducted for Stenographer Grade-II, Tax Assistant and Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) posts.

Eligible meritorious sportspersons can apply online from 15 August 2026. The last date to submit the application form is 15 September 2026. Candidates must have the required educational qualification along with the prescribed sports achievements for the respective post.

The recruitment is being conducted under the Sports Quota and there is no written examination. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their sports achievements and will have to qualify for the applicable skill test and other selection stages.
