Physical Test Details For BSF Group B Recruitment 2025

For Male & Female Candidate — 

• Male Candidate – 170 Cm.
• Female Candidate– 155 Cm.
• North India Zone Candidate- Male 165 Cm, Female- 150 Cm

Running Test For Male And Female Candidate–

For Male Candidates

• 🏃 Race: 1.6 km run to be completed in 7 minutes.

For Female Candidates

• 🏃 Race: 800 mt run to be completed in 4 minutes 45 seconds

📌 Note: Ex-servicemen will have a 1.6 km race in 6 minutes 30 seconds.
