Physical Test Details For HQ Army Open Rally Recruitment 2025

For Male & Female Candidate — 

• Male Candidate – 170 Cm.
• Female Candidate – 157 Cm.
• North India Zone Candidate– Male 165 Cm., Female- 150 Cm..

Running Test For Male And Female Candidate–

1.6 Km Running:

• Group I: Complete within 5 min 30 sec (60 Marks)
• Group II: 5 min 31 sec to 5 min 45 sec (48 Marks)

Pull-Ups on Beam:

• 10 Pull-ups: 40 Marks
• Minimum 6 pull-ups required (16 Marks)
