Indian Army Porter Ladakh Recruitment 2026 : The Indian Army Porters Company Nubra / Ladakh has released a new recruitment notification for Porter posts. A total of 200 vacancies are available for male and female candidates. This recruitment will be conducted through an open walk-in rally bharti in Ladakh. Candidates who have passed 10th class and belong to villages of Leh, Ladakh can participate in the rally.

Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of ₹32,000 for a 179-day contractual period. The selection will be based on physical fitness test, medical test, and document verification conducted on the same day. Interested candidates must attend the walk-in recruitment rally on 06 April or 07 April 2026 at Pratappur (Dihar Ground), Ladakh.

Physical Test Details For Indian Army Porter Ladakh Recruitment 2026

For Male & Female Candidate — 

• Male Candidate – 160 Cm.
• North India Zone Candidate– Male 157 Cm.

Running Test For Male And Female Candidate–

The physical fitness test is the most important part of the selection process.

For Male Candidates

• Carry 20 kg weight
• Distance 100 meters
• On a 30° uphill slope

This test checks the ability to work in mountain areas like Ladakh.

For Female Candidates

• Physical standards may be slightly different
• Must be physically fit for porter work
