The Income Tax Department has released detailed notification for recruitment of various Assistants posts in the Income Tax. A total of Group C (Inspector and Assistant) posts are to be filled through the recruitment drive against the direct recruitment basis. Interested and eligible candidates can apply Offline form for these posts on or before 10 May 2024. Offline application process will be commenced from 22 April 2024 at incometax.gov.in
